RETURNS for REFUNDS

We offer the option to return an item you purchased DIRECTLY from Ibexx within 30 days of the delivery date. If the product has been installed and/or used, there will be a 30% restocking fee.

To initiate a claim, please visit Return Claims or you may email us direct at info@legacy.ibexx.com and instructions will be provided. The Customer must (a) obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IBEXX prior to returning any Product, (b) include the RMA number (and proof of purchase) and (c) be responsible for and prepay any shipping expense in connection with the return of any Product to IBEXX. Any Product returns, including returns for reasons other than warranty claims (e.g., the Customer ordered the wrong Product), are subject to IBEXX’s Pricing.

If your product arrived damaged, please save the box as well as the original packaging material so that we may start a carrier claim if necessary.
